There are so many reasons to dine out: celebrate a milestone birthday in style, gather for a memorable family dinner, or host the perfect business brunch… Let our team take care of organizing the best possible event for you!
Marie-Ève Rheault, Sales and Events Consultant at PAL+ since 2024, answers some of the most frequently asked questions she receives. If you’re planning an event at Bistro 4 Saisons, she’s the one you’ll be working with!
How many people are required to be considered a group?
For leisure-type events—family celebrations, baby showers, birthdays, retirement parties, etc.—once you reach 12 guests or more, you’ll coordinate directly with me.
We’ll then determine what works best for you based on the size of your group. For example, we can privatize the bistro and the Giroux Room located right next to it. And good news: there is no room rental fee as long as food is ordered.
For corporate events—team meetings, team building activities, conferences, networking events, etc.—there is no minimum number of guests, since your needs are often more specific. In addition to private space and menu options, we can also arrange audiovisual equipment rentals and even coffee breaks with snacks.
I always say there is no such thing as a small event! We’ll always find the best way to elevate your ideas and make your event truly memorable.

Do groups benefit from a special menu?
Yes! Our chef has created a special group menu featuring several preselected choices of appetizers, main courses, and desserts. We begin by reviewing your needs, preferences, and budget to determine the perfect format for your event: canapé reception, buffet-style service, à la carte menu…
For groups exceeding 30 guests, a pre-order is required. This means the event organizer collects each guest’s meal selection ahead of time. We then communicate all details—including allergens—to our kitchen staff and prepare place cards to ensure a smooth and simple service.
Rest assured, we never compromise the essence of Bistro 4 Saisons’ French-inspired cuisine. You’ll enjoy the same quality, flavour and fresh, seasonal ingredients we’re known for. That commitment is part of our reputation!

What is the process for booking a group event?
It’s simple, choose your preferred method: phone or email!
At the start of our discussion, I gather as much information as possible to prepare a detailed proposal for you. I always include more options rather than fewer, so you have plenty to choose from. Once everything is confirmed, we move forward with the planning: menu selection, room setup, and event flow.
One question I’m often asked is about our cancellation policy: cancellations are free of charge up to 8 days prior to your event. Convenient, isn’t it?
When is the best time to reserve our date?
You can never be too early… and rarely too late, actually. Even if you are planning at the last minute, we’ll always do our very best to accommodate you.
