How\u00a0many\u00a0people\u00a0are\u00a0required\u00a0to\u00a0be\u00a0considered\u00a0a group?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For leisure-type events\u2014family celebrations, baby showers, birthdays, retirement parties, etc.\u2014once you reach 12 guests or more, you\u2019ll coordinate directly with me. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019ll then determine what works best for you based on the size of your group. For example, we can privatize the bistro and the Giroux Room located right next to it. And good news: there is no room rental fee as long as food is ordered. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For corporate events\u2014team meetings, team building activities, conferences, networking events, etc.\u2014there is no minimum number of guests, since your needs are often more specific. In addition to private space and menu options, we can also arrange audiovisual equipment rentals and even coffee breaks with snacks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I always say there is no such thing as a small event! We\u2019ll always find the best way to elevate your ideas and make your event truly memorable. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do groups\u00a0benefit\u00a0from\u00a0a\u00a0special\u00a0menu?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Yes! Our chef has created a special group menu featuring several preselected choices of appetizers, main courses, and desserts. We begin by reviewing your needs, preferences, and budget to determine the perfect format for your event: canap\u00e9 reception, buffet-style service, \u00e0 la carte menu… <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For groups exceeding 30 guests, a pre-order is required. This means the event organizer collects each guest\u2019s meal selection ahead of time. We then communicate all details\u2014including allergens\u2014to our kitchen staff and prepare place cards to ensure a smooth and simple service. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the start of our discussion, I gather as much information as possible to prepare a detailed proposal for you. I always include more options rather than fewer, so you have plenty to choose from. Once everything is confirmed, we move forward with the planning: menu selection, room setup, and event flow. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

One question I\u2019m often asked is about our cancellation policy: cancellations are free of charge up to 8 days prior to your event. Convenient, isn\u2019t it? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When is the best time to reserve our date?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can never be too early… and rarely too late, actually.\u00a0Even if you are planning at the last minute,\u00a0we\u2019ll\u00a0always do our\u00a0very best\u00a0to\u00a0accommodate\u00a0you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
